Description: Together with Bodegas Barahonda Baron Alexander von Essen has produced a special red wine, a blend of Monastrell (old vines), a little Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. After a careful vinification of the wine was aged in mostly used, French and American oak barrels. The result is an earthy, red bodied with good balance of weight and freshness. At Cabra Negra is the main goal of drinking Pass, an exceptional price-performance ratio and last but not least some aging potential of 3-4 years.
