Wine Processing: For this, the Chardonnay grapes from two different areas in Mendoza selected. 30% come from the eastern part of the region and are warmer in overripeness handle read. This part of the wine passes through the organic acid degradation. 70% of Chardonnays come from the Cordillera, where the hot climate with cold nights ausgelichen is.
