Wine processing: The vinification is traditional, about 1 ½ weeks on the skins, in 2-3 years from Austrian oak barrels. The position of dean consists of calcareous clay-loess on terraces on the southeast slope. On the higher terraces of clay is interspersed with bedrock rubble.
