Manufacturing: Private Bin Cabernet Merlot is composed of grapes from different vineyards around Napier, Hastings and the Gimblett Gravel. Not least, this diversity of soils and microclimates, it is also what gives the wine its particular complexity. The grapes are crushed and ground into the fermentation tanks.
