PRODUCTION: The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Torres Santa Digna Rosado Reserva read from the beginning of April, immediately brought to the winery, and here first macerated for two days to remove the skins in a natural way, a maximum of the intense cherry red color and fruity grape flavor. Then about three weeks of fermentation starts at 18 ° C in controlled stainless steel tanks. To preserve the juicy fruit and fresh grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignons in full, the rosé is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, not expanded in the barrel and filled up early in the bottles.

WINE NOTES: Production Area: Central Valley.
